"Our former SF insurance retired. Carlton's office was recommended. I asked to chat with Carlton just to get a 'feel' for his office. We requested that our policies carry over to their office, no changes made/added, until this week. I decided to get a quote for a new policy. I dealt with Rainey. She was very patient and thorough. "we have used tammy with state farm for almost 10 years for our home and automotive insurance needs. we have always appreciated her willingness to explain and break down policy matters or questions. she's always quick to return a call whenever there's a question.
we filed automotive and home claims over the years where tammy has guided us and helped us through the process and claims process. Due to the storms in this area there have obviously been rate increases over the years but we've always kept our business with tammy and carlton greer at this state farm office. Their customer service and the experience they provide are outstanding, and better than any other company we have dealt with and we plan to stay with them for the foreseeable future."
